This game is made with GarageGames Torque Game Builder, it's called TGB fire and healing game. It is by Matthew Langley. You can get more information at www.GarageGames.com. I used the Torque starter.fps files for the sample OSAKit.net FPS sample. The starter.fps files are included in another product by GarageGames called Torque Game Engine. Both the Torque Game Builder and the Torque Game Engine cost only $100 for an Indie license.
